Orders

We receive the artwork from the artist, signed and ready to be framed within the first 7 - 10 days from when your order is received. In the meantime, our production team are hard at work preparing your frame. We aim to have all orders delivered to your door within 3 weeks.

Each item has all the information relating to the respective piece on the "Product Page" When viewing an item, information is provided to you here. This includes frame colour(s) glass or perspex, preferences (where applicable) and the size. We have also attempted to provide you with a mockup to scale, giving you an idea of the space required on the wall. These are however examples.

When at the checkout page, after you have completed your information (name address etc..) There is a section titled discount code. enter the code as you see it and click "Apply" As long as the code is still active the adjustment will happen automatically.

Yes - all orders are complete with fixings ready to hang.

Yes - Every item sold has a Letter of Authenticity. This can be found on the back of the frame in a protective, plastic sleeve, signed by the artist. You may notice "Wishbone Publishing" this is perfectly fine as these are indeed the publishers for the respective artist(s)

Although we have made our best attempt to provide you, our customer, with an example of what the artwork may look like on the wall. It is important to note that these are used for examples only. We encourage you to see the actual size of the respective piece. This can be found on the product page of the piece in question.

General

Yes - We have been In Marlow for almost 5 years, focusing on our bespoke framing services. The ART is an online offering, supplying to customers further afield. This is also due to the limited gallery space versus the huge range or artwork we supply

Please refer to the top of the page. You will notice a title in the menu bar called, "THEMES" You can either hover over this and a dropdown menu will provide you with options. Or, you can simply click on the word "THEMES" and this will open the themes section.

Yes, our shop is based in the beautiful town of Marlow, Buckinghamshire and we welcome all our customers to visit when in town. We do hold artwork in our shop however due to the huge range that we offer, most of the artwork we provide can be found here, online.

Yes - we stock a wide range of artwork, holding 20 - 30 items on display at any given time. Pictures of this can be seen on our "About Us " page.

No - We only ship within the UK (Mainland) If however you are international, please do email us at info@framedartdirect.co.uk with your request and a member of the team will reach out and discuss a possible solution.
